Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Opener to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will engage inbound, build rapport, and qualify prospects before transferring them to a Resolution officer/Closer.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and wants to grow into a closing position.
Duties
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques, engaging them with compelling value propositions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, transfers, conversions)
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to identify client needs and present tailored tax relief solutions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and follow up effectively.
- Negotiate terms with potential clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
- Clearly explain our services and process at a high level
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering trust and rapport.
Experience
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
- Experience in outbound calling campaigns, warm calling, and business development activities.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes related to tax relief or financial services is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels.
