Concord Healthcare and Rehab in Lakewood NJ is seeking a PRN PTA to join our rehab team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Responsible for documentation of patient treatments, as well as changes in the condition and other pertinent information as required.
- Provide treatment and appropriate therapeutic techniques specific to the age and or condition of each patient.
