Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Window Cleaner Salesman to join our energetic sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our premium window cleaning services to new and existing clients. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and proactive approach will help you build strong customer relationships, generate leads, and close sales effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management and business development skills within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We pay 20% of any sale that you make. There is no hourly rate and only based off sales you make.
Duties
- Identify and prospect potential clients through door to door, cold calling, networking, and territory management to expand our customer base
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our window cleaning solutions to clients
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage existing accounts by maintaining ongoing communication, upselling additional services, and fostering long-term relationships
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that increase lead generation and brand awareness
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic planning, territory management, and effective account management
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a remote or outside sales setting
- Knowledge of sales management systems and territory sales strategies to optimize outreach efforts
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly
- Experience in retail sales or direct client communication is a plus
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and managing multiple accounts
