Responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage reservations, and seat parties efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately, relay requests to the kitchen, and handle POS transactions with basic math accuracy.
- Provide dinner menu recommendations, upsell when appropriate, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, replenish service stations, and assist with food handling as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service, handle guest inquiries, and manage time effectively during peak hours.
Shifts: 3:00pm - 9:00pm
