We are looking for candidates that are personable, energetic and self-motivated to join our team. This professional will head up the maintenance of one of 3 Apartment Complexes we own in Tulsa, OK.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED candidates to become a part of our team!!!
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Diagnosing, Troubleshooting and Repairing HVAC issues
- General "Make Ready" of apartments including sheetrock repair and painting
- Experience with plumbing and electrical also a must
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Pick up grounds
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Multi-Family property maintenance
- Mastered use of hand-held tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Have your own reliable transportation
- Have a smartphone with unlimited data
- Able to pass a background check
- Must have your own general maintenance tools and HVAC gauges etc
- Pool Certification a plus but not required
- HVAC licensed
This candidate will assist in the day to day maintenance of the property. Willing to work "on call" on a rotating basis and including some Saturdays. We always work the first Rent Week Saturday of the month and other Saturdays if needed.
Pay determined on skillset and experience.
Pay will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, get Paid Holidays after 90 days and will be eligible for medical insurance.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
