Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Sanitation Worker to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across our facilities, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and efficient environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth operation of warehouse activities. Duties
1. Assemble/Disassemble equipment
a. Disassemble food production equipment to prepare for cleaning.
b. Assemble equipment once it has been cleaned and sanitized.
2. Cleaning food production equipment
a. Clean the equipment using high pressure water, low pressure water, and air.
b. Utilize chemicals to remove soils and bacteria.
3. Operating equipment
a. Understand the safe operation of cleaning equipment.
b. Run or operate production equipment during the cleaning process.
c. Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, foamers, floor scrubbers, and scissors lifts during the cleaning process.
4. Cleaning floors
a. Utilize a battery-operated floor scrubber to clean floors.
b. Apply chemicals using brushes, squeegees, and broom.
5. Cleaning other areas
a. Clean employee bathrooms and cafeterias using chemicals and cleaning tools.
Experience
- No experience needed, just a willingness to learn! We provide on-site training.
Schedule
8pm-5:30am six days per week (55 hours per week)
$14/hour with overtime after 40 hours.
