JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for fabrication, supermarket, and assembly operations while managing the efficient flow of materials throughout the plant
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to standard work, Job‑Based Analyses (JBAs), control plans, work instructions, and quality specifications. Partner with support staff to ensure standard work documentation remains current, accurate, and aligned with defined production output
Adherence to safety, quality, 5’s standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain); general housekeeping
Demonstrates a positive, collaborative leadership style by leading by example, promoting Andersen Management System (AMS) principles, communicating with clarity, and actively engaging and developing team members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Strong ability to navigate and interpret data from off‑system platforms and operational reports (WMS, MES, BAAN, shortage reports, etc.) to assess situations and take appropriate action.
Demonstrate strong competency in safety compliance, quality standards, proactive initiative, effective training participation, and a positive professional attitude

$22.15 - $28.65

- For employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement, some benefits may differ or may not be available based on the terms of the agreement.
PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
