Now Hiring: Part-Time Restaurant Server
The Butcher is looking for a reliable, energetic, and guest-focused Part-Time Server to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, we'd love to meet you.
Weekend availability is required, including Sundays.
Bartending experience is a plus.
Schedule
- Wednesday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
This is a part-time, daytime position with hourly pay plus tips, and every shift includes an employee meal.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas with attention to cleanliness and presentation.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Recommend menu items and pairings.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and fellow team members.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and positively.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Assist fellow servers to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.
- Bartending experience is a plus.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
