Design Pro Exteriors is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and professional Sales Consultant to join our team in the Raleigh area.
We specialize in sunrooms (a plus), patio enclosures, decks, windows and other home improvement projects, and we are seeking a proven sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential home improvement sales.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson who understands the home improvement industry, knows how to build trust with homeowners, and has a proven track record of closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the right home improvement solutions.
- Present and explain product options, pricing, and project proposals.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM.
- Work closely with our project management and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential home improvement sales experience reqiured.
- Experience selling sunrooms, patio enclosures, decks, windows, doors, or exterior home improvements strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
