Silverline Strategic Group is hiring a Customer Sales Associate to help represent Verizon FiOS in local markets. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will interact face-to-face with customers, answer questions, explain service options, and support sales and customer acquisition efforts to drive our company's growth.
We are looking for someone outgoing, dependable, and comfortable talking with people throughout the day. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Primary Responsibilities as Customer Sales Associate :
- Connect with potential customers in person and offer Verizon FiOS plans and services as a Customer Sales Associate.
- Support outreach efforts tied to Verizon FiOS current sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to support campaign goals and contribute to overall growth initiatives.
- You will share information clearly to build interest and engagement.
- Represent services with professionalism and consistency as a Customer Sales Associate.
- Help expand reach and visibility through daily sales activity.
- Maintain accurate tracking of outreach interactions as a Customer Sales Associate.
Credentials as a Customer Sales Associate :
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging new people.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in outreach and sales.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stay consistent in a fast-paced role.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow as a Customer Sales Associate.
