Job Responsibilities:
- Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
- Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate repeat clientele by promoting enhancements, member referrals and membership benefits.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
- Be a team player with a positive caring attitude.
Job Qualifications:
- Maintain active and clear massage license in the state of Florida.
- Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
- Carry personal liability insurance.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Knowledge of other various modalities a plus, but not required (Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Deep Tissue). Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
