Summary: Our Associate Therapists are responsible for providing compassionate, effective, and trauma-informed therapy services to individuals, couples, and families under the supervision and support of a fully licensed clinical supervisor. This is a 100% virtual, part-time position.
Job Type: Part-time [with opportunity to grow into full-time based on referral volume]
Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of at least 12 clients, including scheduling and consulting with new and existing patients.
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, in accordance with your clinical training and expertise.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities [e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy] as appropriate.
- Educate patients on community resources to support their basic needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals [psychiatrists, social workers, case managers] as needed for quality patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records.
- Stay current on mental health treatment and research through ongoing professional development.
- Actively work toward full licensure per Indiana Professional Licensing Agency requirements.
- Develop working knowledge of addiction and intervention approaches.
- Attend scheduled clinical supervision and report mandated reporting incidents to your supervisor immediately.
- Maintain licensure and adhere to all applicable ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards of practice.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field [license eligible]
- Currently hold an associate license [LMHCA, LCACA, LMFTA, LSW] or temporary permit, in good standing with the PLA
- Must live in and be licensed in the state of Indiana
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for a range of mental health/substance use disorders
- Ability to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable internet connection and private, HIPAA-compliant space for conducting telehealth sessions
- Ability to work independently and manage an individual caseload, while collaborating as part of a treatment team
- Willingness to use telehealth and EHR systems [SimplePractice]
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

- We provide clients directly — there is currently a waitlist due to demand, so you won’t need to independently market yourself to build a caseload. We also provide and cover a Psychology Today profile to support your visibility and client matching
- Part-time associates have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as referral volume and caseload increase — we’re actively looking to support that growth for the right fit
