Responsibilities

- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at school growth, community engagement, and academic excellence
- Help manage school budgets, including resource allocation and financial planning in accordance with educational policies
- Oversee compliance with legal regulations related to education law, special education requirements, and educational standards
- Supervise school staff and coordinate personnel management activities such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Lead efforts in fundraising initiatives to support school programs, facilities, and student activities
- Facilitate communication with parents, students, staff, and community stakeholders through public speaking and meetings
- Support early childhood education programs and ensure childhood development best practices are integrated into school activities
- Ensure adherence to educational regulations while fostering a safe, inclusive environment for all students
Skills
- Extensive experience in K-12 education administration with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional leadership
- Proven management skills with the ability to supervise faculty and staff effectively
- Strong strategic planning capabilities coupled with experience managing budgets as an executive education administrator
- Knowledge of school legal frameworks including special education law and childhood development regulations
- Skilled in personnel management, faculty evaluation, and professional development facilitation within educational settings
- Excellent public speaking abilities for engaging with diverse audiences including parents, staff, and community partners
- Deep understanding of educational compliance standards and regulation requirements across K-12 levels
- Demonstrated leadership in managing school operations while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Experience working with students of all ages within early childhood through high school levels
- Ability to coordinate fundraising efforts that support school initiatives and enhance student experiences
