Ohana Mua is expanding afternoon and early-evening services across Oahu. If you're available in the 2:00–6:30 PM window Monday through Friday (with optional Saturday mornings), we want to hear from you.
Now Staffing These Areas
- Central Honolulu — afternoons, ~20 hrs/week
- Honolulu (Kalihi) — afternoons, ~20 hrs/week
- Ewa Beach — afternoons, ~20 hrs/week
- Waipahu (Waikele) — afternoons, ~9hrs/week
What You'll Do
- Deliver individualized, in-home ABA programming using the Natural Environment Training (NET) approach
- Support neurodiverse children (ages 2–7) with emotional regulation, social skills, communication, play, and cognitive development
- Coach and empower parents to implement behavioral strategies that reduce maladaptive behaviors and build adaptive skills
- Collect data and track progress using our electronic system (company iPad provided)
- Collaborate with supervisors and adjust strategies based on clinical guidance
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification in good standing (required to begin clinical work—paid RBT trainings available for selected applicants at $16/hour)
- CPR/First Aid certification (training can be arranged through the company)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background checks and provide/obtain TB testing
- Reliable transportation to client locations across Oahu
- Excellent organization, time management, and independent judgment
- Energetic, compassionate, dependable, and punctual
Preferred
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, and VB
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
