Job Description
· Lead and manage a team of 5 skilled Tool and Die Makers and Maintenance professionals
· Oversee daily tool room operations to ensure optimal tooling reliability and maximize production uptime
· Plan and execute preventative and corrective die maintenance programs to minimize downtime
· Coordinate die set-ups and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the stamping tool room
· Manage the sourcing and procurement of new tooling, spare parts, and outside vendor services
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in stamping tooling and die operations
· Demonstrated leadership experience managing tool room or maintenance teams
· Proficiency in SolidWorks for navigating and interpreting tooling drawings is highly preferred
