DRIVING POSITION: Full-Time Delivery Driver / Service Technician
Full-Time Delivery Driver/Service Technician needed at Midwest Respiratory & Rehab. Driving-focused, fast-paced role requiring regular heavy lifting. Primary responsibility is delivering medical equipment to customers. Position demands physical stamina, driving proficiency, and time management skills to navigate between multiple daily delivery locations. Must interact with patients directly, requiring respect and compassion when providing service.

Requirements
- High School Degree or G.E.D.
- MANDATORY: Ability to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs. throughout workday
- REQUIRED: Valid driver's license with clean driving record - YOU WILL BE DRIVING DAILY
- Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Card
- Comfort with working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Basic phone/computer skills
- All candidates must pass criminal background check
- Pre-employment drug screening required (following Federal DOT guidelines)
Daily Duties:
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Safely operate company vehicle on multiple daily routes
- Consistently lift, carry, and maneuver heavy medical equipment (up to 75+ pounds) multiple times daily
- Deliver and set up Medical Equipment in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Navigate busy schedules and changing priorities throughout demanding workdays
- Instruct patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and repair while in the field
- Complete all orders accurately on our proprietary web-based inventory management system
