Competitive Pay: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
Quarterly Maintenance Bonuses: Up to $750 per quarter

️ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete resident work orders quickly & professionally
- Turn units between residents (make-ready repairs)
- Interior/exterior painting & staining
- HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
- Grounds maintenance & preventative care
- Keep maintenance areas clean & organized
- Participate in emergency on-call rotation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification (preferred)
- EPA license (preferred)
- CPO certification (preferred – saltwater pool)
- Experience with painting, drywall, light electrical, basic plumbing
- Great communication & customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness to complete basic training within 30 days
