Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff on weekends, ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and quality improvement data
Requirements:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
