Commission-Based Position
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Remote Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the health and wellness industry. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our premium personal training and wellness programs.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through various channels (phone, email, social media, video calls)
Conduct engaging product consultations and fitness assessments virtually
Present customized wellness and personal training packages to prospective clients
Close sales by addressing client concerns and demonstrating ROI on training programs Maintain a minimum pipeline of active prospects and follow-ups
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and goals
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries Upsell additional services (nutrition coaching, group classes, digital programs, merchandise)
Coordinate with the training and wellness teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve offeringsAdministrative & Reporting
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using CRM software
Submit weekly sales reports and performance metrics Track commission earnings and verify accuracy
Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge
Required Qualifications, Education & Experience
2+ years of proven sales experience (fitness, wellness, or health services preferred)
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience with consultative/relationship-based selling
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and needs assessment abilities Self-motivated with ability to manage time independently
Resilience and positive attitude toward rejection/objections Problem-solving mindset with client-focused approach
Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Valid email, high-speed internet, and dedicated workspace required
