New England Retina Care is looking to hire an experienced ophthalmic technician to join our team. We are a single-office retina-focused ophthalmology practice in Needham, MA.
Our new team member will be responsible for :
- Patient work ups including ophthalmic history
- Basic ophthalmic testing including visual acuity and tonometry
- Retina Imaging (OCT, Optos)
- EMR data entry and documentation
- Medical Scribing
- Exam room maintenance and turnover
- Other general and clinical administrative work as needed.
Schedule
- 8 hour work days (8AM – 5PM with lunch break)
- No regular after-hour or weekend responsibilities
- No inter-office travel (single location)
Certificate/Training
- COA or COT (preferred not required)
- Experience with EMR (Nextech preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
