Edmonds Eye is a well-established, multi-location ophthalmology group delivering advanced medical and surgical eye care across the Pacific Northwest. We're known for clinical excellence, fellowship-trained surgeons, and a genuinely collaborative MD/OD culture, and we're looking for an Optometrist ready to practice at the top of their license.

You'll join our Washington team providing comprehensive medical eye care with an emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management. You'll work directly with our ophthalmologists in a true team-based model, not as a referral source, but as an integral part of the surgical care pathway. What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive medical eye exams

Provide pre- and post-operative cataract and glaucoma care

Co-manage patients within a true collaborative MD/OD model

Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans, building trust and long-term relationships

Document efficiently within our EMR

Participate in ongoing CE and professional development

Requirements:

OD degree from an accredited program

Washington license (or ability to obtain)
