Project Manager - Construction

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with deep commercial construction expertise to join the team and contribute to the explosive growth NeoPod Systems is experiencing. The Project Manager will provide management oversight of all phases of manufacturing or prefabricated bathroom and wall systems projects and coordinating the construction phase end-user ecosystem in collaboration with functional areas including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, and field operations ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Strategic Project Planning:
- Lead the development of detailed project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
- Oversee the entire project life cycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
- Develop strategies to optimize resource allocation and manage conflicting priorities.
2. Project Execution & Monitoring:
- Oversee the execution of large-scale or high-risk projects.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring teams meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs or constraints.
3. Risk & Issue Management:
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Resolve complex project issues and lead crisis management efforts if needed.
- Maintain a risk register and communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
4. Financial Oversight:
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Track financial performance, manage costs, and ensure alignment with project forecasts.
- Provide financial reports to senior leadership, detailing budget status, forecasts, and variances.
5. Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are aligned with project deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to all stakeholders, including executives and key decision-makers.
6. Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead cross-functional teams, often including external vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
- Build and maintain high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and resolving team conflicts as needed.
7. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Oversee the development and execution of quality assurance plans.
- Perform post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for future project improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a four-year degree program in construction management, industrial engineering, or any other like discipline.
- 5 years or more of experience assisting or supervising construction projects or manufacturing projects of increasing complexity.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PM software experience and MS Office applications.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
