The Specialist plays a key role in supporting new partner integrations through training support, process adoption, and program rollout activities. Owns the maintenance and ongoing updates of the ABC accreditation master site binder, ensuring alignment with all site-specific accreditation standards and applicable state regulations. This role leverages technology to streamline workflows, support automation efforts, and promote best-practice adoption. Serving as a critical operational resource across all regions, the position focuses on quality execution, continuous improvement, and effective change management.
Note: Ideal candidate will be comfortable working hybrid from our Nashville, TN location.
Support and contribute to cross-functional operational initiatives by independently managing assigned workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
Exercise judgment in prioritizing tasks, identifying risks, and escalating issues to ensure initiatives remain on track and aligned with organizational objectives.
Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, clinical leadership, IT, strategy, and project management to support initiative planning and execution.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders by providing updates, synthesizing feedback, and supporting alignment across markets and operational programs.
Assist in the development, analysis, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and program impact.
Support change management activities, including assisting with training strategies, process documentation, adoption support, and end-user enablement.
Provide consultative and hands-on operational support to markets as needed, including occasional on-site support to facilitate implementation and adoption.
Support enterprise-wide operational programs such as the Patient Outreach Program, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Net Promoter Score (NPS) / Patient Satisfaction Program, and other initiatives as assigned.
Maintain and update the ABC accreditation master site binder, ensuring all documentation reflects current accreditation standards and applicable state regulatory requirements.
Monitor and track changes to accreditation and state regulations, proactively incorporating updates into site binders and communicating required changes to appropriate team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain and update Power BI dashboards and operational reports, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
Serve as a central coordination point for documentation, communication, and planning efforts related to operational initiatives and integrations.
Collaborate closely with strategy and project management teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and operational standards.

This position operates primarily in a professional remote office environment with regular use of standard office equipment, technology platforms, and collaboration tools. The role requires frequent interaction with cross-functional teams, clinical leadership, and operational stakeholders across multiple regions.
Occasional travel to clinic locations may be required to support operational initiatives, integrations, training, or process adoption activities. When on-site, the role may involve exposure to active clinical or administrative settings.
