Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Farrell, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient Dental Hygienist role within mission-driven community healthcare organization
- Opportunity to provide preventative dental care and patient education within supportive clinical environment
- Stable weekday schedule with early Friday finish and no weekend requirements
- Collaborative care model with full dental support staff provided
- Community-focused practice emphasizing quality patient care and continuity
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $62,000+ based on experience
- Additional $3,000 salary increase available after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- No weekends required
ROLE
- Apply sealants and fluorides to help protect teeth
- Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth
- Assess patient oral health and communicate findings to dentists
- Document patient care and treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventative oral healthcare practices

Requirements:
- Clear and active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Experience providing preventative dental care preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within outpatient dental environment REQUIRED
- Community-focused care approach preferred
