Position Overview:
Support the growth and administration of commercial cash management operations by providing sales, operations and administrative support.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers:

Completes the sales process with post-sales follow-up including welcome letter, copies of signed agreements, completing required database updates, making new customer folders, etc.

Provides technical support for services that have computer and equipment needs, including on-site implementation and training, phone support, and acting as the liaison for the customer and fields customer telephone/email inquiries requesting technical support.

Updates Cash Management database with scanner details.

Monitors scanner inventory, package and return broken scanners.

Monitors and maintains Remote Deposit Error log taking appropriate actions steps when warranted,

Assists in the preparation of reports, special projects and customer mailings.

Performs maintenance on existing business customers’ accounts including reordering checks and supplies, documenting address or status changes, etc.

Recognizes cross sell opportunities and notifies the sales manager or other bank departments of such opportunities.

Assists with research and service requests for all business customer inquiries.

Provides general office support with photocopies, faxes, filing, etc.

Coordinates with internal departments including deposit operations, accounting whenever necessary for set-up, reconciliation or service requests.

Assists with special projects and provides customer service and sales support to the Cash Management team and customers as needed.

Requirements:
- High School diploma combined with two years of banking and/or administrative support experience in a banking environment.

Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of and familiarity in adhering to account opening procedures, regulations including CIP, etc.

Ability to prioritize tasks within defined responsibilities and apply bank and department policies and procedures.

Experience utilizing banking core processing systems for account opening and maintenance.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
