What You’ll Do
- Drive new business by building relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners.
- Represent COIT with professionalism and integrity at every customer touchpoint.
- Promote the full suite of COIT services (Commercial, Restoration, and Residential).
- Maintain and expand your client base through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and craft tailored proposals that close deals.
- Accurately track all activity, contacts, and opportunities in CRM.
- Partner with leadership to meet sales goals and territory objectives.
- Represent COIT at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in flooring, cleaning, janitorial, or related industries.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
- A proven closer with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Physical Demands
This role requires frequent travel to client sites, walking, standing, and occasional lifting. Must be able to safely operate a personal vehicle for business purposes.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
