BT Moto is one of the largest motorcycle tuning companies in the world, specializing in high-performance ECU tuning, handheld tuning devices, and performance parts for today’s top sportbikes.
We are looking for a motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This position will start with shipping, receiving, and order prep, but there is room to grow for the right person. Automotive or motorcycle experience is strongly preferred, as it will help with the transition into our industry and products.

Responsibilities
- Ship and receive handheld tuners, motorcycle parts, and customer orders
- Pack boxes carefully and accurately
- Print shipping labels and process outgoing shipments
- Check incoming parts and inventory
- Help organize parts, handheld devices, and shipping supplies
- Use computer programs to prepare and update handheld tuning devices
- Follow internal procedures to make sure orders are processed correctly
- Communicate with the team when orders, parts, or shipments need attention
- Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized
Requirements
- Automotive or motorcycle experience REQUIRED
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Able to follow instructions and work independently once trained
- Able to lift boxes and handle basic warehouse/shipping tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must take pride in doing things correctly
