Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist customers by answering inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving issues promptly.
- Enter orders accurately into our computer systems, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order details, and follow-up actions using Microsoft Office tools and other software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth client services and efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is advantageous.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and analysis of information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for daily tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated outbound calling experience with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone.
- Exceptional communication skills, including clear articulation and active listening.
- Knowledge of technical systems or software used in order entry or customer management is a plus.
