Position Summary
Bisonte Industrial USA LLC is a U.S. Government contractor specializing in supplying industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and military replacement parts to federal agencies through procurement platforms such as DIBBS (DLA Internet Bid Board System) and SAM.gov.
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Government Supplier Advisor with an established network of manufacturers, OEMs, and authorized distributors that support the U.S. Government supply chain.
The ideal candidate understands how to identify manufacturers based on National Stock Numbers (NSNs), source OEM products, establish strategic supplier relationships, and secure authorized distributor agreements that strengthen our ability to compete for government contracts.
This role is ideal for an industry professional or independent consultant who already has strong relationships within the industrial manufacturing and Government Sales sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with OEM manufacturers, authorized distributors, and industrial suppliers that support U.S. Government procurement.
- Utilize existing industry contacts to introduce Bisonte Industrial to strategic manufacturers and suppliers.
- Identify manufacturers and suppliers capable of providing products associated with National Stock Numbers (NSNs).
- Research OEMs, CAGE Codes, and manufacturer information using DIBBS, SAM.gov, and other government procurement resources.
- Schedule meetings with Sales Directors, Government Sales Managers, Channel Managers, and Distribution Managers.
- Assist Bisonte Industrial in becoming an authorized distributor for key manufacturers.
- Source suppliers capable of supporting DLA solicitations and other federal procurement opportunities.
- Advise on supplier qualification, OEM traceability, product sourcing, and government supply chain best practices.
- Negotiate commercial terms and develop long-term supplier partnerships.
- Support supplier development strategies that improve competitiveness in federal contracting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with industrial manufacturers, OEMs, or authorized distributors serving the U.S. Government market.
- Strong understanding of National Stock Numbers (NSNs), CAGE Codes, OEM sourcing, and military supply chains.
- Hands-on experience identifying manufacturers and suppliers for products listed on DIBBS and SAM.gov.
- Existing and verifiable business relationships with manufacturers, distributors, OEMs, or Government Sales organizations.
- Demonstrated success in securing supplier partnerships or authorized distributor agreements.
- Strong understanding of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) procurement process.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while delivering measurable business results.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
