Press Brake Operator
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
OneSource Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for a manufacturing opportunity with a growing company offering long-term career potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with press brake and other production equipment
- Cross-train on up to three different machines
- Process parts through a chemical immersion bath
- Clean, dry, inspect, package, and prepare parts for shipment
- Apply protective tape to specific areas of parts to prevent chemical adhesion during processing
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle parts ranging from very small components (beads and tubes) to large sheets up to 4' x 4'
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
