Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance grounds using hand and power tools and equipment
- Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, and raking
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year
- Care for and maintain assigned tools and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure safe and efficient use of materials and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards
Qualifications
- Good driving record with a 3 year history required
- Must be able to pass a background check; job is located at Joint Base
- Previous landscaping experience preferred
- Knowledge of turf care and fertilization is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks
- Effective teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work well with others
- Physically able to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, walk extensively, and navigate uneven terrain
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
