Overview
We're looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join the QIA team. In this dual-function role, you'll keep our office running smoothly while also connecting with prospective clients and supporting our agents in growing their business. Sales
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Schedule and confirm appointments for agents
- Assist with enrollment and plan selection questions
- Track call activity and outcomes in CRM
Administrative
- Answer phones and manage incoming inquiries
- Maintain agent files and compliance documents
- Support onboarding of new agents
- Coordinate scheduling and office communications
- Assist with reporting and enrollment data entry
What we're looking for
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong verbal communication skills — comfortable on the phone
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or administrative support a plus
