Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, discovery, motions and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Order and review medical records and bills
- Prepare litigation demands
- Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are tracked and met
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High level of professionalism and client service
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience
- Trial experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
