We are currently seeking an organized and dependable Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory, supporting technicians, and ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Use computers and Google Sheets to track parts, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of company truck maintenance schedules.
- Assist technicians with stocking trucks and preparing parts for upcoming jobs.
- Operate a forklift to move, load, and organize inventory (experience preferred).
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Deliver parts and materials to technicians in the field when needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing incoming inventory.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
