What You’ll Do
As the in‑store wireless expert, you’ll help customers stay connected to what matters most. You will:
- Sell Verizon Wireless products, services, and accessories
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals
- Complete contracts, warranties, payments, and order processing accurately
- Stay current on devices, plans, promotions, and competitive offers
- Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
- Demonstrate products and educate customers on features and solutions
- Support store operations, inventory pulls, and administrative tasks
- Share customer and market insights with store leadership
