Job Summary
The Production Department Worker assists with fulfilling customer orders for spices and supports the overall cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Essential Functions
- Assist in maintaining the backstock and inventory areas.
- Work assigned schedule as required.
- Comply with all company personnel policies and procedures, safety standards, and timekeeping policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day.
- Assist with cleaning the packing floor at the end of each day and week.
- Work closely with other team members and provide assistance as needed or as directed.
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds in various production environments.
- Support fulfillment and production needs, including filling and sealing bags using auger fillers and band or hand sealers.
- Inspect product quality and report any defects, particularly within the Nut and Fruit room.
- Perform general maintenance of production areas, including restroom upkeep and routine cleaning duties.

Education and Experience
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum Experience: One (1) year of related work experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
