Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Operate our Clover cash register.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and serve beverages with enthusiasm to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely while processing transactions with basic math accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and customer seating areas.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to listen, learn, communicate, take initiative and solve problems.
- High integrity and ability to work constructively with others.
- Prior food service or café experience is preferred, especially in roles involving beverage preparation and serving.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Ability to come to work on time and reliably.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

Pay: $14.90 - $16.00 per hour
