Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dish Washer/Line Cook to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable restaurant experience with plenty of room for growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, sanitation of surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes
- Support the line cooks during busy service periods by ensuring timely delivery of clean dishes and ingredients
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Buss tables and assist with general food service duties to enhance guest satisfaction
Skills
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with bussing tables and supporting food service operations
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
