What You'll Do
As Pharmacist in Charge, you will serve as the clinical and operational leader of our Reno pharmacy.Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
- Ensure exceptional patient care and medication safety
- Manage and develop pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers
- Support ACHC, URAC, and other accreditation initiatives
- Maintain compliance with USP <797> standards and best practices
- Participate in business growth, quality improvement, and operational initiatives
- Help establish a positive, patient-centered culture

Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
- Home Infusion Pharmacy
- Specialty Pharmacy
- Hospital Pharmacy
- Clinical Pharmacy Services
- Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)
- Vancomycin & Aminoglycoside Monitoring
- Specialty Medication Management
- USP <797> Compliance
- ACHC, URAC, or Similar Accreditation Programs
Qualifications Required
- Active Nevada Pharmacist License
- Ability to work onsite in Reno, Nevada
Preferred
- California Pharmacist License (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous PIC or Pharmacy Leadership Experience
- Experience managing pharmacy personnel
- Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience
