This full-time, on-site position provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care within our community-focused medical practice.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of patient cases, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services. You will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions, while also contributing to the overall strategic objectives of our organization.
- Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients

Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Collaborate with specialists and nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Participate in daily rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings

Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records

Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Completion of residency in Internal Medicine

Board certification in Internal Medicine preferred

Strong clinical skills and experience in hospital settings

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Schedule: 7a-7p, 13 shifts per month
No call requirement
Patient Census: 8-15 per shift
49-bed hospital, 4-bed open ICU
No procedures required
Current Team Structure: 3 Hospitalists, 1 APP, and per diem providers
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
