Who We Are
Renewal Body Contouring is an ultra-specialized aesthetics practice. Patients fly into RDU from around the US and internationally, from Dallas and NYC to London and Dubai, for our niche body sculpting treatment. Our founder, Dr. Jason Miller, is a Duke-trained, internationally recognized surgeon, but he would be the first to say our team has made the largest contribution to our reputation for a 5-star experience.
This is one of the most important roles in the practice. We work with high-profile clients for whom discretion and attentiveness are the norm. You will provide concierge-level service, paying close attention to every detail and every need of our patients and guests.

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest and patient feels seen and attended to
- Plan and execute each patient's arrival to elevate their experience
- Take ownership of the front desk and the entry environment
- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling
- Handle patient departure and follow-up
- Continually look for ways to improve the patient experience
