We are a small, family-owned cleaning business that takes pride in providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services to local businesses. We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of a local car dealership after hours.
We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Janitor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas. This is fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay. Looking for Night-time Availability 6 to 7 Days Per Week.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supplying designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements (Cleaning Experience Required)
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Ability to handle equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Capacity to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- High school degree or GED: Not Required
