Professional Standards & Requirements
We are seeking high-caliber candidates who meet the following mandatory recruitment standards:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience (Agency, Facility, or Hospital settings).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and safe client transfers.
- Reliable Transportation: Because our seniors rely on time-sensitive care, a personal vehicle, valid Driver’s License, and Auto Insurance are required.
- Core Qualities: A high level of professionalism, clear communication skills, and sound judgment.

- Location: In-person care at client homes in Sacramento and surrounding areas.
