Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in supporting end-to-end warehouse and production operations, contributing throughout the product lifecycle—from receiving purchase orders and preparing materials to labeling, production support, order fulfillment, and shipping.
This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support changing business needs across manufacturing, production, and distribution functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and purchase orders.
- Organize, stock, and maintain inventory accuracy within warehouse systems and physical locations.
- Prepare products for production and fulfillment activities.
- Label bottles and packaging materials according to company standards and production schedules.
- Assist with light manufacturing and production processes as business demands fluctuate.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform order fulfillment activities to meet shipping deadlines and customer expectations.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications before shipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces in warehouse and production areas.
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned.
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and fulfillment teams to support business goals.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, production, or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and inventory system skills preferred.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in warehouse and production environments with varying temperatures.
Work Environment
This role operates within both warehouse and light production settings. Daily responsibilities may shift based on operational needs, production schedules, customer demand, and fulfillment volume.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
