What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific access procedures and supporting security-related policies at entry and exit points.

Monitor and control access to the location by checking credentials, verifying visitor and vendor authorization, issuing passes when appropriate, and maintaining accurate activity logs.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.

Support truck, delivery, and pedestrian traffic flow at gates and designated access areas while reporting unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
