Human Resources Manager - Bilingual Spanish

Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000 + bonus
Location: Streamwood, IL
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday
Seeking a dynamic and bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR excellence in Streamwood, IL! Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of HR managerial experience, including at least 2 years in a unionized environment
- Strong knowledge of collective bargaining, grievance procedures, and employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in the food manufacturing or industrial sector
- Certification in HR or Labor Relations (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- Familiarity with food safety standards and workplace safety protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of HR leadership experience, with a focus on union environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel locally if needed
- Valid certifications related to HR or labor relations are a plus
