Join our growing inpatient float team at Aurora Medical Center Grafton. Being a part of the float team allows you to experience the best of every department and utilize your skills where they are needed most.

What You Will Do
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Schedule Details
- Full-Time and Part-time openings
- Nights – 7:00 pm – 7:30 am schedule
- 24 hours of weekend hours in a 6-week schedule period
- 2-3 holidays per year
What We Are Looking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- One to two years of med/surg nursing experience strongly preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
