About the Role
We’re seeking an eager, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This is a client-facing, fast-paced, and high-responsibility position that combines administrative support, project coordination, and hands-on accounting tasks.
This position has the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
This role will involve:
- Working closely with CPAs and support staff
- Managing administrative tasks and assisting with front desk responsibilities
- Taking ownership of project timelines and priorities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office duties, phones, and emails
- Provide exceptional customer service by serving as a main point of contact for clients
- Support CPAs with administrative needs, document management, and scheduling
- Coordinate internal deadlines and assist with project and task management
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with clients and team members
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a high-pressure, multitasking environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced workloads and shifting priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus
- Excellent computer and typing skills
