The Impact You'll Make
As our Floral Designer, you’ll be the creative force turning fresh blooms into unforgettable experiences. Your artistry will brighten someone’s wedding day, bring comfort in times of loss, and add beauty to everyday life. You won’t just arrange flowers — you’ll shape moments people will remember forever.
What You'll Do
- Design and create custom floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily orders using seasonal and specialty blooms.
- Prepare and maintain flowers for optimal freshness, including conditioning, storage, and care.
- Assist customers with floral selections and special orders.
- Assist with large-scale installations, from ceremony arches to corporate event centerpieces.
- Support holiday promotions and special events.
- Keep the design studio organized, stocked, and ready for inspiration to strike.
- Stay ahead of trends in floral design, color palettes, and styling techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a floral designer or in a related creative role.
- Strong knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, and care techniques.
- An eye for color, texture, and composition — and the ability to translate ideas into stunning arrangements
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Available to work weekends and after normal business hours when needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- A portfolio or photos of past work (we’d love to see your style!).
