What You'll Do
You'll bring energy, precision, and creativity to every shift, ensuring members feel welcomed, cared for, and impressed.
Craft Exceptional Cocktails

Create classic and innovative cocktails that exceed expectations

Mix, prepare, and serve beverages according to approved recipes

Prepare garnishes, house‑made syrups, and infusions before service
Deliver Warm, Polished Hospitality

Provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for members and guests

Greet guests warmly and thank them as they leave

Serve drinks at the bar and, when needed, to lounge tables
Keep the Bar Running Smoothly

Inspect and stock the bar before opening

Follow setup procedures and request additional supplies as needed
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar environment

Ensure all food items are properly labeled, dated, and stored
Support the Team

Collaborate with servers and leadership to maintain smooth service

Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisor
Certifications
-
Valid TABC Certification
-
Valid Texas Food Handler Certification
-
Must be of legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
-
Valid driver's license or ID
Physical Requirements
You're comfortable with:

Standing and walking for long periods

Bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Working around hot equipment and in warm, busy environments
